SS22 Campaign


Being on a Calvin Klein campaign set is akin to entering a movie studio production. There are multiple sets shooting simultaneously, two different craft services, and you might run into a famous musician or actor while walking to the bathroom trailer. We were on golf carts constantly traveling from Melina Moutsoukas’ video set, to Glen Luchford’s photography set, to Carlos Nazario’s styling studio during the 5 day shoot. As the most junior member of the creative team, it was a surreal experience to observe and learn from these visionary masters of their craft. What I loved most about this campaign was its emphasis on the communities we showcased. We aimed to redefine Calvin Klein, moving past the typical association with just underwear and abs, to tell a more profound story: everyone—from pop icons to movie stars—relies on their communities to thrive and support each other.
